I mean, I ordered a few bits from Real Foods and ended up needing to return one thing because I’d picked the wrong size. The return details were on the site, but I did have to click around and read through a bit before I felt sure what I was meant to do.

I posted it back and then waited longer than I expected for the refund to come through. It did arrive in the end, so no real issue there, but I didn’t get much in the way of updates unless I actually emailed to ask.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit slower and less clear than it could’ve been. I’d probably still order from them again, but the returns process could definitely be made easier.

They’ve got a decent selection of organic and vegan stuff, which I appreciated. To be fair, it’s not always easy to find that in one place. That said, a few things I wanted were out of stock, and the prices did feel a bit on the higher side. Still, not a bad spot if you’re looking for vegan bits.

I do like the range they have, but why are so many things out of stock all the time?? I went in looking for a few specific items and ended up only sorting out about half my order. Frustrating when that’s the main reason you went there in the first place??

I accidentally messed up my order, like picked the wrong thing, realized it after checkout, and then had that little panic moment. I messaged them expecting it to be a whole hassle, but they replied really quickly and fixed it with no fuss at all. I thought the product itself was good, but for me, it felt too expensive overall. I’d probably like it more if the price were a little lower.

I checked my order as soon as it arrived, and a few of the items weren’t what I had ordered. I’m glad I looked it over right away and kept the details, because I definitely wouldn’t have wanted to miss it. Not the worst experience, but it was frustrating having to sort out the mix-up

I ordered a few pantry bits on a bit of a whim, i was pleasantly surprised. Everything showed up fresh, packed nicely, and the quality was good overall. One item was smaller than I expected, which made me go, “Wait, that’s it?” for a second, but it wasn’t a big deal. Still happy with the order

I was really pleased with the range here. There’s a good mix of wholefoods, baking ingredients, and vegan products, plus I spotted a few things I don’t usually find in regular shops. I spent a bit longer browsing than expected, but i didn’t mind because there was plenty to look through. Overall, I’m really happy with what I found.

The order showed up quickly, so no complaints there, but I do kind of regret not being more cautious this time. The packaging was poor and one of the bags had split open, leaving contents loose in the box. Nothing was completely ruined, thankfully, but it was a hassle to clean up and a bit disappointing. I expected better.
